This dataset comprises proteins extracted from Uniprot/SwissProt with experimentally annotated sub-chloroplastic localizations. Protein are distributed into six sub-compartments: inner membrane, outer membrane, stroma, plastoglobule, thylakoid lumen and thylakoid membrane. Some protein is annotated into multiple sub-localizations.
